A. Inception

– Information Gathering

This is when you will have the opportunity to provide us with color preferences to match your image, content you would like to add such as images and forms along with any example websites that are most like the style or image that you would like for your site. Certain things to consider are: Purpose, What is the purpose of your site? Do you want to provide information, promote a service, sell a product…? Target Audience, Who are your potential customers that will help you reach your goals? Content, Will your target audience be looking for specific information, a particular product or service…?

– Planning

Using the information gathered, we put together a plan for your website. Here we develop a site map – a list of all main pages for the site. This gives us a guide as to what content will be on your site, and is essential to developing a consistent, easy to use navigational system.

B. Execution

– Design

Drawing from the information gathered up to this point, we determine the look and feel of the site. We also incorporate elements such as company logo or colors to help strengthen the identity of your company on the website.

– Development

This is where the web site itself  is created. We take your content and distribute it throughout the site, in the appropriate areas. Along with technologies that bring it all together.

C. Launch

–  Testing and Delivery

At this point, we attend to the final details and test your website and its functionality. We go over final details with you before your site goes live.

– Maintenance

We work with you to continue the development of your website, by providing 1/2 hour of monthly content updates to your website with your content. This does not include website redesign.

We also provide  additional services  for business owners that require more frequent updates or additional features.
